Weight Watchers Meat Loaf

2 pounds ground turkey
1/3 cup apple juice
2 stalks celery
1 medium onion
1 egg
1 cup plain bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated carrot (to taste)

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a loaf pan with Pam.

Mix all ingredients. Place in prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
