Weight Watchers Meat Loaf recipe

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 envelope Herb Ox beef bouillon
2% plain yogurt
4% tomato sauce
4% shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup bread crumbs

Sauté oil, onion, garlic and pepper together. Mix all other ingredients together. Make either mini loaves or one large loaf.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
