Orange Pork Chops with Sweet Potatoes
2 pork chops
1 sweet potato, cubed
1/2 sliced orange
Dash of cinnamon
Dash garlic powder
Dash of salt
Dash of black pepper
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium nonstick skillet, brown pork chops.
Place meat and sweet potato slices in a baking dish and top with orange slices;
sprinkle with seasonings.
Cover and bake for 1 hour until meat is tender. Cook pork to 170 degrees F.
