Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad
2 cups cherry tomatoes
Fresh broccoli florets
Fresh cauliflower florets
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 green onions. finely chopped
7 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
4 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
Salt and pepper. to taste
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
25 packets Equal Sweetener
Quarter tomatoes. Chop broccoli and cauliflower.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate 2-3 hours, stirring often
to marinate.
Serving size: 1 at 2 WW points for the entire bowl
