Creamsicle Jello

Makes 4 servings.

1 (4-serving size) package sugar-free jello
3/4 cup boiling water
3/4 cup cold water
8 ounces light, non-fat yogurt (aspartame-sweetened), any flavor

Pour boiling water into jello, mix about two minutes until dissolved. Stir in cold water. Put in fridge just until cool (not set). Whisk in yogurt, then let set about 4 hours.

You may use any flavor jello/yogurt combination.
