5 medium potatoes (about 1 3/4 pounds),
cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 large onion, chopped
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
Mix potatoes and onion in 3 1/2- to 6-quart crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients
except bacon; pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or
until potatoes are tender.
Stir in bacon.
