Lime Cilantro Slaw

Serves 6.

Points: 1

1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons Splenda granular
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cilantro
6 cups coleslaw mix (1 bag )

Stir mayonnaise, lime juice, Splenda, dry mustard and salt together. Add to cilantro and slaw. Chill.

NOTE: This is better after a couple days. It will seem like there is not enough dressing, but as it sits, it will become moister.
