Weight Watchers Fish Salad
4 ounces drained fish (tuna, mackerel or salmon)
1/2 cup drained bean sprouts
1 tablespoon onion flakes
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
Mix well. Serve over lettuce.
