Salad Dressing Recipes

Sesame-Ginger Dressing

Mix with shredded Napa cabbage for an Asian slaw or use for a chicken or pasta salad.

1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 cup Amazing Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon chopped scallions
1 1/2 teaspoons rice-wine vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon honey

Rub the inside of a small bowl with garlic; discard garlic. Add mayonnaise to the bowl along with ginger, scallions, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, mustard and honey; stir to blend.

Makes about 2/3 cup.
