Weight Watchers Barbecue Sauce

1/2 cup canned tomato paste
1 1/2 cups water
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Dash red pepper (optional)

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

Makes about 3 cups, 1/2 cup per serving. Only 25 calories per serving.
