Chicken Taco Soup

1 packet low sodium taco seasoning
32 ounces low sodium V8 juice
16 ounces. salsa
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen peas
2 cooked chicken breasts, diced

Put everything into a large saucepan and cook until everything is heated through. This can also be made in a crock pot.

Makes 6 servings.
