Weight Watchers Recipes

Weight Watchers Soup

1 1/2 cups tomato juice
2 cups water
2 cups chopped cabbage
1/4 cup diced celery
1/2 cup dehydrated onion flakes
1 teaspoon parsley, dehydrated
1 teaspoon green bell pepper
1 cube beef bouillon
1 can mushrooms and liquid
1 can French green beans
Liquid sweetener to equal 1 teaspoon sugar
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper

Add mushrooms and green beans after other vegetables have been cooked until tender.
