Coon Cheese Sausage Balls
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) package coon cheese
- 1 (20 ounce) package Bisquick or Biscuit Baking Mix
- 1 pound hot sausage
Instructions
- Melt cheese in top of double boiler; blend sausage and Bisquick.
- Pour cheese over sausage and Bisquick.
- Form into balls and bake at 375 degrees F.
