Hot Crab-Cheddar Spread

Hot Crab Cheddar Spread

Yield: 8 to 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) container crabmeat, drained and shredded
  • 8 ounces (about 2 cups) Cabot Mild Cheddar or Cabot Sharp Cheddar, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In medium bowl, mix together all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Transfer to small (1 quart) baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until lightly browned on top and bubbling on edges.
  5. Serve with crackers or bread toasts.
