Mango and avocado are a winning pair that will help build your child's palate of new and delicious flavors.

Avocado Mango Baby and Toddler Food

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe, fresh Hass avocado, cut in half and seeded
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced

Instructions

  1. Puree avocado and mango in a blender until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Serve baby 1 to 2 tablespoons mixture. Freeze remainder in 1 ounce ice cube trays.

Notes

Speak to your child’s pediatrician before adding solid foods to your infant’s diet.

For older babies and toddlers: Mash ingredients with a fork instead of pureeing.
