Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces tomato juice or tomato and vegetable juice
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 to 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Creole seasoning or salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix juice and vodka.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
  3. Serve over ice. Garnish with a celery stem or carrot stick, if desired.
