Clam Diggers
Yield: about 7 cups
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 quarts clam and tomato juice
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 dashes hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Garnish: celery stalks
Instructions
- Combine first 7 ingredients.
- Serve over ice; sprinkle each serving with pepper, and garnish, if desired.
