Yield: about 7 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 quarts clam and tomato juice
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 dashes hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Garnish: celery stalks

Instructions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients.
  2. Serve over ice; sprinkle each serving with pepper, and garnish, if desired.
