Watermelon Champagne

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed, seeded watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 bottle (375 milliliters) champagne

Instructions

  1. Place watermelon and sugar in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Half fill eight Champagne flutes with the watermelon mixture. Slowly pour the Champagne into each flute to fill it.
  3. Serve at once.
