Watermelon Champagne
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 3 cups cubed, seeded watermelon
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 bottle (375 milliliters) champagne
Instructions
- Place watermelon and sugar in a blender and process until smooth.
- Half fill eight Champagne flutes with the watermelon mixture. Slowly pour the Champagne into each flute to fill it.
- Serve at once.
