Pull-Apart Veggie-Bacon Bread
- 3 large cans buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1 cup finely chopped chives
- 1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Sauté pepper, onion and chives in butter. Cool.
- Cut biscuits into quarters.
- Mix all ingredients with biscuit quarters.
- Pour into ungreased Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.
