Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Rhodes Bread Dough or 12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup bleu cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Place loaf or rolls on a chopping board. Chop into small pieces.
  2. Break egg onto the pieces and spoon garlic on top. Chop and move the dough to coat the pieces with the egg and garlic.
  3. Combine Parmesan and parsley. Sprinkle onto dough and chop and coat pieces again. Sprinkle bleu cheese crumbles on top and chop to distribute through dough.
  4. Place into a well sprayed loaf pan. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until dough reaches the top of the pan.
  5. Remove plastic and bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes. Cover with foil after 15 minutes if needed to prevent over browning.
