Broccoli Bread

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup butter , melted
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 6 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar Jalapeno Cheese Whiz, softened
  • 1 (12 ounce) can Niblets corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Mix onion, butter, eggs, cottage cheese, cheese whiz and corn together.
  2. Blend in muffin mix and then add broccoli, stirring lightly just until blended.
  3. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350 degrees F for about 40 minutes.
