Pumpkin Pancakes
This is a moist, tender pancake.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Biscuit Baking Mix
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine Biscuit Baking Mix, brown sugar, allspice and cinnamon.
- Add milk, pumpkin, oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
- Cook on a lightly greased and heated griddle.
