Blackberry Jam Cake
Ingredients
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups blackberry jam
- 1 large box raisins
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Mix ingredients as listed above.
- Bake in greased tube pan at 325 degrees F for one hour.
