Cranberry Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and milk to a smooth paste. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
  2. Chill until cold.
  3. Cream butter.
  4. Add sugar. Cream again.
  5. Beat in the milk mixture.
  6. Add cranberry sauce and vanilla extract.
  7. Beat for 5 minutes.
