Cranberry Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup soft butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix flour and milk to a smooth paste. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
- Chill until cold.
- Cream butter.
- Add sugar. Cream again.
- Beat in the milk mixture.
- Add cranberry sauce and vanilla extract.
- Beat for 5 minutes.
