Creamy Blender Chocolate Frosting

Yield: 3 cups frosting

Ingredients

  • 6 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Cut chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Put all of the ingredients into a blender. Cover. At low speed, blend until larger pieces are chopped.
  3. Stop motor and stir.
  4. Blend at high speed until frosting becomes thick and creamy.
