Fluffy Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
• 6 tablespoons butter

Instructions

1. Blend sugar, milk, eggs, salt and vanilla extract in a bowl over ice water.
2. Melt chocolate and butter together.
3. Add while warm to first mixture and beat until desired consistency.
