Ganache

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

• 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
• 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Scald heavy cream. Pour over chocolate that has been placed in a medium bowl.
2. Let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Stir until smooth.
