Ingredients
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Scald heavy cream. Pour over chocolate that has been placed in a medium bowl.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Stir until smooth.
