Orange Filling

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 heaping tablespoon all-purpose flour
• Juice of 4 oranges
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 grated orange rind

Instructions

1. Beat eggs.
2. Add sugar and flour.
3. Add juices and butter. Cook until thick.
4. Add rind and let cool.
