Outrageously Delicious Chocolate Frosting

This is without a doubt the best chocolate frosting I have ever made. It is doubly delicious when used to frost a chocolate cake or cupcakes.

Ingredients

• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1/2 stick butter
• 2/3 cup cocoa powder
• 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

1. Whip with an electric mixer.
