Rockin' Raspberry Cream Cheese Frosting

Rockin' Raspberry Cream Cheese Frosting is great on chocolate cake and cupcakes!

Ingredients

• 2 (8 ounce) packages Neufchatel cream cheese
• 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
• 1 container raspberries
• 1/2 pound (1/2 box) confectioners' sugar
• 1 to 2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur

Instructions

1. Beat all ingredients with an electric mixer.
2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
