Vanilla Marshmallow Butter Cream Icing

Yield: 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar Marshmallow Fluff or Marshmallow Creme (2 cups)
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Beat butter in a medium bowl with mixer on medium speed until creamy.
  2. Beat in marshmallow cream.
  3. When well blended, beat in confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Increase speed to high and beat for 3 to 4 minutes until fluffy.
