Whipped Topping

This is great on almost any cake.

Ingredients

• 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

1. Combine flour and milk in saucepan. Cook until thick. Let cool.
2. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
3. When flour mix is completely cool, add to sugar mix and beat at high speed until light.
4. Mix in crushed pineapple.
