Chocolate Truffle Cakes

Recipe Ingredients


  1. Melt the chocolate and the butter together in the microwave, stirring in short intervals.
  2. Blend the eggs and sugar together thoroughly and add the flour.
  3. Pour into four 4-ounce molds that have been sprayed with Pam and dusted with flour.
  4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in an preheated 450 degree F oven.
  5. Cool slightly, and unmold onto wax paper to cool.

Serves 4.
