Butter Pecan Coconut Bundt Cake

Recipe Ingredients

1 box butter pecan or yellow cake mix

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1 cup water

1 can pecan coconut frosting

4 eggs, beaten well

3/4 cup broken or chopped pecans


Spray Bundt pan and sprinkle a few chopped pecans on bottom of pan.

Mix remaining ingredients for 2 minutes and pour into greased Bundt pan.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes.

Serve warm with ice cream.
