Bohemian Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup coconut
Instructions
- Blend sugars and oil together.
- Add eggs one at a time as you beat the batter.
- As you continue to beat the batter add the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, milk, nuts and coconut.
- Pour into a greased Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
