Bohemian Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Blend sugars and oil together.
  2. Add eggs one at a time as you beat the batter.
  3. As you continue to beat the batter add the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, milk, nuts and coconut.
  4. Pour into a greased Bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
