Piñon Brittle
Ingredients
- 1 cup piñon nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- Melt sugar over low heat stirring constantly until it becomes thin syrup.
- Mix in shelled nuts and pour a thin sheet into a large buttered cookie sheet.
- When candy is cold and hard, break into pieces.
