Chocolate Molasses Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons Grandma's Molasses
- 1 cup milk
- 2 (1 ounce) squares chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix sugar, molasses, milk, chocolate and butter in a deep kettle. Stir until sugar is dissolved and cook until candy will form soft ball when tried in cold water.
- Remove from heat; add vanilla extract and beat until creamy.
- Pour into a buttered pan.
- When cool, mark in squares.
