Coconut Philly Fudge
Ingredients
- 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- Dash of salt
- 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candy (to garnish)
Instructions
- Gradually add sugar to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spread into a greased 8 inch square pan.
- Garnish with coconut, if desired.
- Chill for several hours or overnight; cut into squares.
