Creamy 7 Minute Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 (13 ounce) Hershey's chocolate bar
  • 3 (6 ounce) packages semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 large can evaporated milk + 1/3 cup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 pound pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Shred chocolate bar and put into large bowl with chocolate chips and Marshmallow Creme. Set aside.
  2. Combine sugar, milk and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly and let boil for 7 minutes. Clock exactly.
  3. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate in bowl. Mix well.
  4. Add pecans and vanilla extract.
  5. Spread into a foil-lined 13 x 9 inch baking pan and refrigerate.
