Fiesta Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 (7 ounce) jar Marshmallow Creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup M & M's Plain or Peanut Candies
Instructions
- Combine sugar, butter, milk and salt in a heavy 3 quart saucepan; bring to full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
- Continue boiling over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until melted.
- Add Marshmallow Creme and vanilla extract; beat until well blended.
- Fold in candies.
- Immediately spread into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
