Fiesta Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup M & M's Plain or Peanut Candies

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, butter, milk and salt in a heavy 3 quart saucepan; bring to full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Continue boiling over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until melted.
  4. Add Marshmallow Creme and vanilla extract; beat until well blended.
  5. Fold in candies.
  6. Immediately spread into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
  7. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
