Peanut Butter Apple Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
  • 1/2 jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup apple cider

Instructions

  1. Combine first four ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cook the sugar and cider over moderate heat to soft ball stage (240 degrees F).
  3. Remove from heat and quickly add chocolate mixture. Stir until blended.
  4. Pour into a 9 inch buttered pan.
  5. Cool and cut into squares.
