Peanut Butter Velveeta Fudge

Ingredients

• 1/4 pound Velveeta cheese
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
• 1 pound confectioners' sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Melt Velveeta cheese, peanut butter and butter in glass bowl in microwave approximately 3 minutes.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Cool.
4. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well.
5. Press into ungreased pan.
6. Chill.
7. Cut and serve.
