Pumpkin Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk
  • 5 cups pumpkin
  • 7 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Creme
  • 8 ounces white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, pumpkin, spice, sugar, butter and nuts in a 5 quart saucepan and bring to a boil, cooking until the mixture reaches the firm ball stage (use a candy thermometer).
  2. Stir in Marshmallow Creme, white chocolate and vanilla extract. Stir until it begins to get thick.
  3. Pour into a buttered pan and let set.
