Russell Stover Fudge

  • 4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 large can Carnation milk
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 2 (12 ounce) packages chocolate chips
  • 1 pint Marshmallow Creme
  • 1/2 to 1 cup nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Bring butter, sugar and cream to soft ball stage slowly.
  2. Place chocolate chips and Marshmallow Creme into large bowl.
  3. Pour hot mixture over chips and Marshmallow Creme; mix well.
  4. Add nuts and vanilla extract; mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour onto a buttered cookie sheet and cool completely.
  6. Cover with wax paper or plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight or until candy sets up.
