S'Mores Fudge

  • 1 1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 Graham crackers, broken into small pieces


  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with aluminum foil; grease foil.
  2. Cook chips and condensed milk in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat; let cool 2 minutes, then stir in vanilla extract and 1 cup of the marshmallows.
  4. Pour into lined pan.
  5. Stick Graham cracker pieces and remaining marshmallows into fudge.
  6. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
  7. Invert pan, peel off foil, invert fudge and cut into 1-inch squares.

Lowfat S'Mores Fudge: Use reduced-fat semisweet chocolate-flavor baking chips, nonfat sweetened condensed milk and low-fat Graham crackers.
