Soda Cracker Fudge 2

  • 1/4 pound saltine crackers
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk


  1. Crumble crackers into a mixing bowl and stir in peanut butter.
  2. In a small heavy saucepan, combine sugar and milk and bring to a boil. Continue to boil, stirring constantly for five minutes.
  3. Pour over crackers and mix with electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Pour into an 8-inch square pan.
  5. Cut into 1-inch squares after fudge has set.
  6. Pack into a tightly covered container, separating the layers of pieces by wax paper.
  7. Refrigerate.
