Hungry Jack Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Salt, to taste
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 (1 pound 12 ounce) can pork and beans
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Fry ground beef and onion together until brown.
- Add brown sugar, salt, barbecue sauce, pork and beans, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar, and bake in a 2 quart casserole for 20 minutes.
- Cut biscuits in half and place them on the cut side around the dish; sprinkle cheese on biscuits.
- Bake until brown.
