The Pueblo Grill Guacamole Dip

Ingredients

  • 5 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/8 medium onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocados with a whisk or potato masher. Place in a blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend together to desired consistency.

Notes

Variation: For a chunky-style, blend together with the whisk (don't use the blender.)
