Thunder Bay Grille Wild Fire Bananas

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces ice cream
  • 1 ounce butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 ounce banana liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce white rum

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a skillet. Sauté banana with brown sugar.
  2. Add cinnamon to skillet.
  3. Add banana liqueur.
  4. Add white rum to flambé.
  5. Serve over ice cream.
