Braunschweiger Pate
Yield: about 2 dozen
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) roll Oscar Meyer Braunschweiger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup ground pecans
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except pecans.
- Roll into balls and then in pecans.
- Serve on wooden picks.
